Our fees are the result of a previous agreement through an estimate and a commision form. If there has not been met a preliminary arrangement, the fees scale assigned by the Councill of Bars of Lawyers of Catalonia is applicable. In some cases our fees are determined according to the time spent by our professionals and to their hourly wage. In some affairs the fees to be derived depend on the particular features of the case in question.
